This is Amy from one of my Fan Story.
Reign of Terror.

This one is a bit drak and has a small Cast of Characters.
Totalitarian Robotnik rules the Western part of Mobius and did this in short time.
He was elected for the hope to save the military and the country from the future wars that loomed over the horizon, well the troops for one example and wanted to have robots troops to take over for them. After gained his power, he used the robots to kill off 96% of the Western Mobien military, 3% defected to Robotnik and the last 1% got away. Then he uses this to control of the cities and populace of the Western Mobius.
Sonic was being held by the old military was being studied because of his unnatural speed, he was freed by an unknown officer, He later met up with Fox who also escaped from Robotnik Troopers, Amy was later saved by Fox on the little planet as Sonic foiled Robotnik plan to use the time stones to change the past in his favor. Fox and Amy worked with Sonic for some time and saved Tekno from be executed after Robotnik made his new research badniks to replace the Mobiens. Tails shows up later and was the only one that Sonic talk to, Sonic didn’t like the other three freedom fighters, All because of Fox was running the show when Sonic Wasn’t round, as well Fox was the one who pushed for Amy and Tekno to join them in the fight against Robotnik (A clash of egos for the leader spot). This goes from bad to worse when Sonic was killed and this almost ended the Freedom Fighters, but Fox sad if they stop the fight then Sonic death was for nothing and that they should continue to fight to the end in his honor. It goes on for a year and the Freedom Fighters finally eliminate Robotnik and end the Reign of Terror.

As you can see Amy isn’t the Amy of Sega, STC, and so on.
I toke a different approach to her, by taking STC’s look for powerless Sonic and Amy.
The blue clothing is Sonic’s request that all the Members of his grope are in blue.
